Commercial Real Estate Photographs:
A premium collection of still images for marketing multi-family properties, vacation rentals, retail plazas, office buildings, hotels, medical facilities, restaurants, convenience stores, distribution hubs, and industrial facilities.
This package may be tailored to provide interior and/or exterior views. Flash-Ambient or High Dynamic Range compositing, post-processing, and minor editing are included. One set of digital files formatted as high resolution JPEG files for use with print media and various internet portals is delivered within 48 hours of the camera session.
Residential Real Estate Photographs:
A high quality collection of still images for marketing residential properties.
This package provides interior and exterior views, including Flash-Ambient or High Dynamic Range compositing, post-processing, and minor editing. Two sets of digital files are delivered within 48 hours of the camera session, with one set formatted for the local MLS or other listing service, and the second set formatted as high resolution JPEG files for use with print media and various internet portals.
Twilight Hour Photographs:
Signature imagery of a location, building, or architectural feature captured during twilight at dawn or dusk.
Provides up to three photos, including post-processing and a moderate level of editing. Image files are formatted as high resolution JPEG files for use with print media and various internet portals.
Aerial Photographs and/or Video:
Exterior and/or interior views of a building, residential property, commercial property, or development site captured by an aerial camera (drone).
Provides a combination of up to twenty still image files and/or ten-second video clips of the subject as captured from aloft. Post-processing and minor editing are included. Still image files are formatted as high resolution JPEG files for use with various internet portals and print media. Video footage is formatted as MP4 video files. Footage may be produced as a video tour including a music or voice-over sound track and delivered as an MP4 movie.
Motion Video Tour:
Provides a two-minute motion video tour of a property or building composed of a series of video clips edited into a sequence that leads the viewer through the property in a manner similar to that of a home-improvement show. This virtual tour is compiled as a video file, which may include a music or voice-over sound track, and then delivered as an MP4 movie.
Slide-Show Video Tour:
Provides a two-minute slide-show tour of a property or building composed of approximately forty to fifty views edited into a walk-through sequence that leads the viewer through the property. This virtual tour is compiled as a video file, which may include a music or voice-over sound track, and then delivered as an MP4 movie.
Custom Commercial Photographs:
Highly crafted imagery for magazine, trade-show, digital advertising, website, brochures, and other marketing assets.
Camera angles and lighting are carefully established to reflect the client’s vision for the subject, which may be an interior design project, a model home, an apartment or office complex, a restaurant or retail space, restaurant menu items, consumer products, or other commercial subjects.
Provides up to eight hours on-site with camera and lighting producing up to twenty image files. Subsequent photo production includes post-processing, compositing, and editing. Finished files are formatted as high resolution JPEG files for use with print media and various internet portals.

At Snappy George Photography we believe that a well-composed image with honest rendering of color and shadow imparts great value to its subject matter. Every image we produce is the product of years of artistic experience and scientific understanding.
Most of our camera sessions are conducted from a tripod with full-frame Nikon mirrorless cameras using Nikkor professional service lenses that are especially designed for architectural and commercial photography. When available light is not adequate, off-camera supplemental lighting is used. Post-processing and editing of images is performed in-house using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Finished files are usually formatted as high-resolution JPEG files and uploaded to a project-specific Dropbox folder within forty-eight hours of the camera session.
Snappy George has photographed major home shows in Cincinnati, Toledo, and Northern Kentucky, and has been published in Cincinnati Refined, West Chester & Liberty Township Lifestyle, Cincinnati Magazine, Sophisticated Living, Architectural Digest, and in various national trade publications.
